We collect information you choose to give us, which may include:

• Phone orders and pickup. When you place an order by phone, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and order details so we can prepare your order, send you a payment link by text message, and have your order ready for pickup.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Square, Inc. ("Square"). When you pay through a Square payment link, your card number and other payment details are entered directly with Square, and we do not store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment along with limited details such as the card type, last four digits, and transaction amount.
• Contact inquiries. When you use our contact form, call us, or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
• Catering and event inquiries. When you request catering or event services, we collect your name, contact details, event date, location, guest count, and any other details you provide about your event.
• Job applications. When you apply through our Careers page, we collect your name, contact information, work history, availability, and any resume, references, or other materials you submit.
• Feedback and communications. Any other information you include when you communicate with us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies, including:

Information from third parties

• Review and process job applications and communicate with applicants
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
• Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and performance

• Send you information about our menu, promotions, or events, if you have asked to receive it

These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.

• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case your information may be transferred to the successor entity.

Order and transaction records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Contact and catering inquiries are generally retained for as long as needed to respond to and fulfill the request and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. Job application materials are retained for a reasonable period so we may consider you for current and future openings, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

• Access, correction, and deletion. You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details in Section 13. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

11. Text Message (SMS) Communications

When you place an order by phone, we will send a Square payment link to the mobile number you provide so you can pay before pickup. We may also send text messages to confirm your order, let you know when it is ready, or follow up on catering inquiries or job applications. These transactional messages are sent only in connection with a request you have made. We will not send you promotional text messages unless you separately opt in. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; please note that opting out may prevent us from sending you a payment link for phone orders. Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and post the new version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
